How do I take replace my side mirror on a 97 Ford Explorer Sport, and how do I remove my side pannel?

I have a 1997 Ford Explorer sport, my side passenger mirror was taken off and need to be replaced. How do I replace it?, I have the new mirror however it looking like I need to take my door panel off to access the screws that hold it in.
