I have a 95 Ford Escort GT with automatic seatbelts. The other day, my seatbelt stuck in the middle, I am guessing that the motor burned out like it has already on the other side, but it acts like it wants to go, so it just clicks constantly. We accidentally tore it off the thread while we were trying to put it into the original position. How can I get it to stay where a regular seatbelt sets, and also make the motor quit clicking?
ANY help would be greatly appreciated,
Lisa MarieHow do you fix an automatic seatbelt in a 95 ford escort GT?put it back on track, but if you managed to tear it off you ve already broken the cable attaching it to the motor, if you behind the trime where the seatbelt is usually located. you know the plastic between the front and rear seat. thats where the motor was located in our escort and we just unplugged it. unfortunately i dont know how to put it back on track... never tore it off
