How much would it cost to have a Factory Ford Bronco Roll Bar made?

I am looking for a Factory Roll Bar for a 1978 or a 1979 Ford Bronco, but they are very hard to find because very few Broncos came with these roll bars right out of the factory. How much would it cost to have one of these Factory Roll Bars made at a fabrication shop?
