How to replace a power steering hose on a 1995 Ford F250 diesel 4x4?

I have to replace the power steering hose on my 1995 Ford F250 diesel 4x4. I have a manual and that's great except it's a very tight area. Any suggestions? I ask seriously so please respond so. I didn't have to move anything to get to the hoses. I guess if you're scared to get dirty, it could be a problem but otherwise just dive in there! The ends are easy to cross thread since the last couple inches of the ends are metal lines so make sure it's lined up properly before you start tightening it up.
