I have a ford mercruiser in my boat will the gm bolt up the bellhousing?

I have a 302 ford/mercruiser with a penta 280 I want to put a Chevy 350/383 will it bolt up without changing bell housing?I have a ford mercruiser in my boat will the gm bolt up the bellhousing?Two totally different bell housings, the flywheels will be different as will the motor front mounts, it can be done, but you will need to change many things, The exhaust manifolds will also be different. If you could find a salvage boat that had a chevy in it for cheap, this would give you most to the things you would need for this change over. You might also find it will be cheaper to go through penta and run it again
