How can I turn off the interior light in a Ford Taurus X?

I rented a Ford Taurus X this morning, but there's no owner's manual come with the car.



Now the two Map lights up on the first row seat can't be turned off. The main lights on the second and third passenger seats keeps lighting.



They will be turned off when I leave the car. But when I was in the car, there's no way to manually turn them off!!



If anyone has a manual or knows the car, please help. Thank you!How can I turn off the interior light in a Ford Taurus X?There is a "Panel Dimmer" dial to the right of the "headlamp control" knob. Dial it down a little to turn off the interior lights.

Since you are only renting the vehicle, (i presume short-term) you probably don't have a need for the entire digital owners manual....but I'll give you the link to download it anyway... you may have another Q...who knows?
