Where can I get a copy a Ford Fiesta 2002 key?

I have lost my Ford Fiesta 2002 spare key, and now I only have one key. I want to make a copy, so how much is it going to cost me and where can I get it done. I already know I can get it done from a Ford dealership, but they will proberly charge too much, any other places? I have no clue if the 02 Ford Fiesta has a chip in the key I am guessing not. If there is no chip in the key the cost should be pretty reasonable. Usually the locksmith will pull out your ignition and make you a key from the key code. Without a chip I'm guessing under a 100 bucks. Just depends on their pricing.
