What Ford models circa 1970 had FORD written across the leading edge of the hood?

One of my friends saw a car fitting this description the other day. I'm a self-professed Ford geek, but I couldn't remember what model had FORD across the front of the hood as he described. I know I have seen a car like this before, but I can't remember which one. Based on some of the pictures I gave him, it should be some Mustang or Torino model. What Ford models circa 1970 had FORD written across the leading edge of the hood? Most models during that era had Ford emblems on the hood. Without knowing the exact year it could be a few models since during this period many models were sporty looking due to the "coke bottle" body designs of the time. Even some full size cars had a clean, fast look to them. The Falcon(1970 was the last year), Torino(1969/68 and 1972 up, but not 1970/71), Fairlane, Ranchero(again excluding 1970/71), Galaxie, and even the Pinto all had Ford across the hood. What Ford models circa 1970 had FORD written across the leading edge of the hood? You're correct it was the Ford Torino, it had the F*O*R*D letters at the edge of the clip just above the grille. There were other cars as well such as the Ford LTD, Mustang II, Granada and the late 70's Pintos with the F*O*R*D lettering across the edge of the front clip. Some cars such as the LTD had the lettering molded into the top of the metal grilles.

EDIT: Sorry the 1970 Torino did not have the lettering across the edge of the hood, that came after 1972.
