What is the company car tax for the new Ford Focus?

I need to decide on a company car, does anyone know what the company car tax is on the new (2011) Ford Focus?

Thanks in advance! What is the company car tax for the new Ford Focus? It depends on the version.
Company car tax is a percentage of the list price, and the percentage depends on the car's official CO2 emissions. As different versions have different CO2 emissions and different prices (see http://www.ford.co.uk/cs/BlobServer?blob鈥?/a> ), the amount of tax due is different.

You can look it up at Parkers at http://www.parkers.co.uk/company-cars/ta鈥?/a>

Remember that this calculation assumes the car has no options. Add options such as metallic paint and the amount of tax due will increase. What is the company car tax for the new Ford Focus?Neil is right, there are many factors that affect the the final tax that you will have to pay on any company car. The New 2011 Ford Focus is no different. The CO2 emissions of your particular model play a big part in the tax and the transmission type will affect the CO2 emissions.

For example the 1.6i 16v Manual transmission the CO2% is 20% and for the same model with automatic transmission the CO2% is 25%. However, for the manual 1.6i TDCi Sport 109PS DPF, Diesel engine Ford Focus, the CO% is only 13%.

The tax that you pay will also be affected by whether or not you personally contributed towards either the cost of the vehicle purchase or the ongoing rental costs.

Also, if your company pays for your fuel, you may find that you have to pay a tax on this too, or have to pay in full your private miles.

Keep in mind that all of these taxes are due to rise by a few percent as governments try to move towards carbon emission goals. You can expect a rise of roughly 1% a year.
