I was thinking about this. And I remember after Game 3 Heat win Wade after the game said he was the leader he was the captain....I was then thinking about how LeBron would react to that due to his contributions in the Boston and Chicago series that he wouldnt take that lightly.
Game 4 LeBron looked like he wasnt even trying this is the same LeBron last year in 5%26amp;6 against the Celtics he "checked out" he did it again in Game 4 "checked out" like Deshawn Stevenson said.
I mean he only scored 8pts 3-11 shooting 7ast blah blah he didnt show up Marion outplayed him both sides of the floor as well as Terry backing up his trash talk saying LeBron wont shut him down you can add Stevenson's 11pts to that too.
But why LeBron, why did you "check out" was it b/c you want to be the Leader of the Heat, was it b/c you want Finals MVP so that your legacy wouldnt be damaged. Or hearing the media and people saying over and over during the summer you're Robin and Wade's Batman b/c Wade won Finals MVP and he'll get all the credit? B/C Yeah a lot people forgot about your Jordan-esque performance against Chicago and Boston and if you perform in GAME 5 6 OR POSSIBLY 7 people will realize you are the man you are the NEXT MICHAEL JORDAN OR BETTER WILL POSSIBLY BETTER ON A ROUTE TO BE BETTER THAN HIM, as Scottie Pippen would say.
Those may be the reasons why LeBron possibly "checked out" he's only 26 and he's only 2 wins away to win his first championship 2 years before Jordan(28) won his. And remember this Heat team is only going to get better as Michael Jordan stated it himself so this Lebron's chance to win his first Finals MVP and continue to win more as this Heat team continues to get better. But who am I kidding LeBron only cares about "winning" right? If that was the case he wouldve tried even harder in game 4 like it was a must win like his pregame talk "desperate" but no he cares about winning that Finals MVP you'll see what I'm talking about.
Why do I say this? I'll keep it nice and short. This Dallas defense is weak compared to Chicago's and LeBron is "struggling" against a weaker defense how can this be? I sure damn know Iggy and Deng are way better defenders than Marion and Kidd( who guarded LeBron at times) but LeBron struggles against Marion?
You might say, 'Oh, well Mavs are playing zone defense, that's what's making LeBron struggle" Ok explain to me how the Heat were in control in all games, explain to me how Wade is living in the paint against this "zone defense", while Wade struggled against Chicago's defense. Better matchup? Yes it is, although LeBron has an easier matchup as well.
If Chicago defense is better than the Mavs defense why is LeBron "struggling" against the the Mavs?
Well you do know that the Heat shot +94949 some number of freethrows Chicago series than the Mavs -88558 some number (This is true b/c I saw it on ESPN today and on a website) and Chicago is the best defense team in the league so that shouldnt be a problem for them while the Mavs are a worse defensive team than the Bulls.
I have many more fact/observations/detail but this is the big picture to get you thinking I'll have more sometime tomorrow to get you to the think about this.

Trust me LeBron wants that attention and he's gonna get it back with this next performance. I will be 100% ok if I'm wrong, just want you to think and see your view on this situation that will be exposed at this point in this series, b/c let's be real here the Heat are a better team than the Mavs. They beat themselves in game 2 and game 4.

damn dude, that shyt is long, but it does make since, I also think Lebron will try to go off for like 30-40 points next game, but I what I was thinking is when Lebron came to Miami (Wade's team) he told him; yeas D we gonna win championships and yes this is your team, the Finals MVP is all for you in the first few years and then I start building my legacy with MVPs of my own, cuz Lebron dominated better defensive teams than Dallas like Boston and Chicago, and then he just does not play big against dallas, he only 10-15 shots a game, that dont make since, if he does not have a big night tomorrow he's gonna disappoint me

Your stupid. One of those members of Lebron's cult. First of all Dwayne Wade is best player on Heat. If anyone wins MVP from the Heat it will be Wade. Next Nowitski far better player than James. He may lead Dallas to the title. Lebron can never be at same level Jordan was, or Larry Bird, or Magic Johnson. He is a wannabe who could not win title on his on. He is another Pippen. Pippen only won titles because of Jordan, James trying to win title of Wade.

I was thinking the same thing.
The whole season it was "we're brothers", "we're in this together" blah, blah, blah.
Then Wade, as loud as he possibly could, tells everyone, in multiple interviews that he is the leader and this is his team? He waits until the finals to do this...WTF?
Maybe Lebron took that the wrong way and freezed himself out to show Wade something? Try to take some control back maybe? I don't know.
I do know that all of them should STFU and just play (especially Wade).

this brings back memories of years past when lebron james quit in the playoffs, and his teams usually lost. oh wait, he went to miami to form a big three so they could carry him when he quit in the playoffs, and somehow they still lost. if they get knocked out this year lebron will beg pat riley to form a big ten* so that the team might have a chance to win when lebron decides to quit.
*edit: the miami heat will form what they call a big ten, but it will essentially have 12 superstars (just like the big ten conference).

So LeBron in intentionally playing poorly in order to win the MVP? How does that work? If Miami wins the title this year, Wade will get the MVP award, it doesn't matter what LeBron does in these last 3 games. If they lose, Wade will get a pass because he played great, and LeBron will get blamed for choking.
Dude I can't agree more this whole brother best friend thing is just a cover i think deep down Lebron wants the spotlight more i expect him to have a monster game 5. But i just hope that their egos won't blow up the team in the near future ala kobe/shaq cuz they have so much potential to get better and build a dynasty.
